Review:
It takes place in modern day India, where a secret Brahmin society protects an astra (weapon) made in ancient India thousands of years ago. Now, one of them, Brahmastra, is awake to destroy the world. To stop it, Shivaay (Ranbir Kapoor) must use the fire power he has been given. But he must first identify it. This fantasy novel will be completed by Brahma (Amitabh Bachchan), Vishnu (Nagarjuna Akkineni), Isha (Alia Bhatt) and Damyanti (Mouni Roy). According to reports, this film is the first part of this trilogy, the second and third parts of which will be released in 2024 and 2026.

Publication date of Brahmastra:
The film was originally scheduled to release on March 4, 2019, but has been pushed to Christmas 2019. Then move on to Summer 2020 to finish the pending VFX work. The final release date was announced in February 2020, December 2020, but it has been changed again due to the 19 pandemic in India. In December 2021 and September 9, 2022, new release dates were announced.
Brahmastra will release on September 9, 2022 in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada.
